The Ministry of Community & Social Services is hosting a Community
Input Session Making Services Work for People - Pour des Services au Service des Gens
on Thursday, December 7, 2000 at 7:00 pm at Pinewood Park Inn
& Conference Centre
(Clarion Pinewood Park) on Pinewood Park Drive, Ballroom A and B.
Public input is being sought concerning an Access Framework. Bilingual sessions
will be available. It is IMPERATIVE that the Ministry hears concerns and issues that YOU,
as parents and caregivers
have, regarding Access to Children's Services.

24, 2000 Dr. Joseph Madden, Dr. Yaga Bialski, and Mr. George Sibel recently
carried out a survey of 2000 students
in North Bay to determine their level of happiness. The results of the study
"Student Happiness", along with
some recommendations for responsive action will be released: Thursday,
November 30th - 7:00 pm at
St. Joseph Scollard Hall's Carter Auditorium.
