When it comes to same-sex marriage, Parliament has several paths
it could take, says constitutional expert Peter Hogg. All but one lead
to the same place.
Peter W. Hogg, the former dean of Osgoode Hall Law School, is the scholar
in residence at the law firm of Blake, Cassels & Graydon. He acted
as counsel for the government of Canada in the marriage reference.
