On behalf of Elections Ontario, Ipsos-Reid - the national opinion research firm - will be conducting a comprehensive research project among eligible voters (whether they voted or not). The findings will help us make further improvements to the administration and management of the electoral process in Ontario.

As part of this project, surveys will be conducted among the general population as well as within particular communities we have identified. The survey will take about 20 minutes to complete and will be conducted in English. If the nature of your disability would make it difficult for you to do a telephone interview, please let us know. We can send you a written questionnaire in the mail with a business reply envelope so that it may be returned free of charge.

If you are interested in participating, please contact Ipsos-Reid at 1-888-666-8541, TTY 1-888-292-2312, or electionsurvey@ipsos-reid.com to provide your name, address and telephone number. A representative of Ipsos-Reid will contact you, (or send you the survey in the mail) during the month of October, unless all interviews have already been scheduled or completed. Your participation and all of your responses to the questionnaire will be kept strictly anonymous and confidential.

Thank you in advance for helping Elections Ontario continue to improve service to eligible voters. If you have any comments or questions about this initiative, please contact either Elections Ontario at 416-326-6226 or Ipsos-Reid at 416-324-2308.
