Canada Christian College

The founder and President of the Canada Family Action Coalition, Dr. Charles McVety, is also President of the Canadian Christian College.[1] The College trains evangelical pastors to minister to congregations throughout the country and has thus far graduated over 3,000 new clergy members.[2] Dr. McVety strongly supported the provincial Tory leadership bid of Jim Flaherty, Conservative Candidate for Whitby-Oshawa[3] because the College “liked his Catholic-based social conservative values.”[4] Rondo Thomas, Conservative Candidate for Ajax-Pickering,[5] holds a Doctor of Divinity from the College and is its Vice President, serving alongside Dr. McVety.[6]
